Processing Orders

We will make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days during our operating season April 1-November 30 for your order to be processed. If you would like to place an order off season, please contact Customer Service prior to finalizing the order.

Delivery Options

Currently we offer domestic shipping via USPS ground, First Class, and Priority Mail. International shipping, in-store and local pickup is not currently available.

Domestic Shipping in the USA Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on real-time USPS rates. The cost and speed of your shipment will be based on the details of the order and service you select. USPS Select Ground- 2-8 days, USPS Priority Mail and First-Class Mail- 2 days. Orders are shipped from Niagara Falls New York.

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  If you have not received your order within 9 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact Customer Service with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Order Condition

Contact Customer Service if you have any questions or concerns about your order when you receive it. If you would like to return an item, you must contact customer service to receive a return authorization prior to sending it back to us.

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, unlaundered, with tags, and in its original packaging. Order receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. Customer bears the risk of loss during shipment, therefore we strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

We will contact you when your return has been received and inspected.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after your return has been approved. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Refunds for the for the purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs will be credited back to the same payment method that was used to make the original purchase online.

If you are planning to replace the item, you will be required to purchase it at the online store. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee item availability at the time of your purchase.
